1. Your agreement and purchase

Paramount Profits provides custom software development and agreed launch support through ParamountProfits.com. Use Contact & support for service, legal or refund questions.

The MVP Build is $9,997 USD one-time. The optional Launch Accelerator is $2,997 USD. Your written scope identifies the features, deliverables, required services and included support. Extra development requires a separate written agreement. Accelerator is not required to operate your agreed MVP.

Your signed agreement and approved scope also apply. We resolve conflicting wording with you in writing before kickoff. Later website changes cannot remove an existing contractual promise. Mandatory legal rights always apply.

2. Delivery and your responsibilities

The 14-day build starts at the agreed kickoff after scope, agreement, required access and essential content are ready. It means a working first version of the agreed web software, not every future feature or guaranteed business results.

Missing client access, content or approvals moves delivery by the resulting delay. We explain the impact. If we cause a delay, we keep building the agreed scope at no extra development cost until it is complete.

  • Appoint a decision-maker, attend agreed calls and provide timely, clear feedback.
  • Supply authorised access securely. Never put passwords, card details or sensitive customer records in public forms.
  • Provide lawful content you own or may use. You need your own marketplace accounts and must recruit affiliates; approval and sales are not guaranteed.

3. Accounts, running costs and upkeep

Keep your domain, any hosting beyond the included period, email services, payment accounts, required subscriptions and AI/API credits active. We identify expected services during scoping. The MVP includes 12 months of standard hosting from the agreed launch/handover date. Unusual usage, premium infrastructure, domains, email services, payment fees, AI/API credits and other third-party services remain separate unless included in your written scope. You are responsible for your business operations, lawful data handling and backups after handover.

Your MVP includes $500 USD Facebook advertising spend and training on how to use your delivered app, not business coaching, ads tuition, unlimited ads or ongoing campaign management. Campaign setup and responsibilities are agreed before spending. Extra advertising, third-party charges and processing fees are separate. Advertising approvals and platform rules apply.

We use AI-assisted development with team direction, review and testing. Ideas, suggested pricing and revenue examples are planning guidance, not verified earnings forecasts. Validate the customer need before relying on a business projection.

4. Software faults and support

App-use training covers the agreed workflows and management controls. Your scope records the AI helper, knowledge base, tooltips and onboarding wizard to be delivered. AI answers can be inaccurate; they do not change your contract or replace team support. Required AI service costs are separate.

Software can develop faults as browsers and integrations change. Report problems promptly through Contact & support or your project messages. Share reproduction steps and useful screenshots, not credentials or private customer data. We investigate and agree appropriate next steps.

The MVP includes 30 days of fixes after launch. The optional Launch Accelerator adds another 30 days, giving 60 days of fixes in total, plus agreed launch support. Optional ongoing maintenance and support can be arranged at handover. New features and general maintenance may be separately charged. These support periods do not cancel the 12-month Business Value Promise below.

Third-party outages, expired domains, exhausted credits and unauthorised code changes are not automatically our development faults. We explain the cause and reasonable recovery steps. A temporary fault that is reported and resolved does not by itself establish failure of the agreed core purpose.

5. Our conditional 12-month Business Value Promise

If, after the first 12 months, the delivered software has not recovered your covered investment through attributable revenue or documented savings despite reasonable, consistent use and, where applicable, promotion of your business, OR the delivered software still materially fails to perform its agreed core purpose, you may return the software for a full refund under the conditions below. This is a conditional promise, not guaranteed earnings.

The term starts on the agreed launch/handover date, confirmed in writing, when the core product is available to use. It does not start before delivery. Covered payments are your MVP Build and any Launch Accelerator purchased for the same project, including tax we collected. A qualifying claim refunds those payments in full, without subtracting development time or included ad spend. Your separate operating costs, third-party charges, additional advertising and separately commissioned work are not covered.

For the investment-recovery test, compare covered payments with the covered value produced during those 12 months. Covered value can include (a) revenue collected through or directly attributable to the delivered software, less customer refunds, chargebacks, sales taxes and payment-processing fees; and (b) documented cost savings specifically identified and agreed in the written scope before kickoff. Savings must be reasonable, evidenced and directly attributable to the delivered software. Speculative future value, owner estimates unsupported by records and unrelated business improvements are not included. This is a value-recovery test, not a guarantee of profit after all running costs. Other operating expenses do not increase the covered amount. Recovering your investment rules out a revenue-shortfall claim, but does not rule out an independently qualifying unresolved core-function failure.

  • Take reasonable, sustained action suited to your business: launch your agreed offer, use the product, drive traffic and follow up with prospective customers. Free outreach, existing audiences, content, affiliates and paid advertising can all count. No compulsory extra ad budget, daily quota or requirement to try every channel applies.
  • Keep reasonable dated evidence such as analytics, outreach records, published content, campaign summaries and payment reports. We assess your circumstances, not whether you tried literally everything. Redact unrelated personal information and never share passwords.
  • Maintain the required domain, hosting, accounts and AI/API credits, and cooperate reasonably with fixes. A minor lapse unrelated to the claim does not invalidate it. If a lapse caused the problem, we explain it and allow a reasonable opportunity to restore service.
  • For a core-function claim, identify a material failure against the written scope, report it promptly when discovered during the term and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and fix it. An issue reported near the end remains eligible while we work on it. Deliberately withholding a fault to prevent a fix is not fair cooperation. Cosmetic preferences, new features and unrelated third-party outages alone do not qualify.
  • Submit your claim through Contact & support at the end of the 12-month term or within the following 60 days. Include order details, launch date, the ground relied on and relevant records. Tell us if reasonable circumstances prevent a timely claim so we can consider them. Other legal remedies remain unaffected.
  • We aim to acknowledge claims within five business days and provide a reasoned decision within 30 days of receiving necessary information. We identify missing evidence, explain a refusal and offer a review if you disagree. Approval is not at our sole unexplained discretion.
  • After approval, agree a secure handback: export records you need to retain, stop using and selling the refunded software, return delivered code and transferable project assets, and remove operational copies under your control. Your pre-existing brand, domain, content and customer data remain yours. Do not transfer customer personal data unless legally authorised and necessary. Handle existing customer obligations lawfully.
  • We issue the full covered refund within 14 days of completing the agreed handback, normally to the original payment method. No restocking or development deduction applies. If account-transfer restrictions exist, we agree a lawful equivalent handback instead of demanding an impossible transfer.

6. Ownership and responsible use

After payment and handover you own the custom deliverables as described in your agreement. Third-party libraries and services keep their own licences and terms. Ownership does not guarantee those services never change.

Do not use our site or delivered software for unlawful activity, infringement, spam or unauthorised access. Outreach and discovery must follow applicable privacy, marketing and provider rules. Your own API keys do not bypass restrictions.

Customer Acquisition HQ and launch details

Customer Acquisition HQ is included with your MVP and released to your confirmed client account at handover. It includes a private lead-status pipeline, research notes and a business-specific starter kit of three outreach emails, one PDF and three creatives.

Google discovery is not active pending provider-policy approval. The pipeline and outreach starter kit do not depend on that approval. If Google discovery is approved and enabled, you use your own API account and provider usage charges may apply.

The workspace helps you pursue customers without relying on paid advertising. It does not guarantee free customers, replies or sales. You are responsible for lawful research, outreach permissions, privacy requirements and compliance with provider rules.

The optional Launch Accelerator adds agreed fuller funnels and extended launch support. It is separate from the included acquisition starter kit and is not required for subscription payments in your agreed MVP.

SEO foundations, analytics and app-use guidance are agreed during scoping. Search rankings, traffic, sales and savings are not guaranteed. Ongoing content, advanced reporting and third-party services may have separate costs. Career and team track-record claims describe past experience, not the expected results of your project.

Revenue calculators and software previews use illustrative figures, not observed client results or forecasts. Annualised subscription figures assume all customers remain and pay for 12 months. Upgrade calculations use the selected hypothetical acceptance rate and include one-off purchases only. They exclude churn, refunds, taxes, fees, hosting, advertising and delivery costs. Gross revenue is not profit, and ownership does not guarantee a resale value.

Historical sales-account screenshots are owner-supplied, unaudited excerpts from separate accounts, not Paramount Profits client outcomes. Each report stands alone; reporting periods and dollar currencies are not confirmed. Sales counts are transactions, not unique customers. Crops retain the original figures while omitting unrelated columns.

7. Cancellation, fair limits and legal rights

We do not promise earnings, rankings, affiliate acceptance, uninterrupted third-party services or unlimited development. This does not remove our duty to deliver the agreed scope, honour the Business Value Promise or act with reasonable care and skill.

Contact us promptly about cancellation before or during a build. We assess completed work and your signed agreement and explain any proposed settlement in writing. The 12-month promise does not replace applicable cancellation, cooling-off or other legal rights.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud or mandatory consumer protections. Contact us first about disputes so we can seek a fair resolution. This page does not impose an invented governing jurisdiction or mandatory arbitration.
